Leslie Jordan, a comedian and actor from the US, passed away at the age of 67, his agent announced.

The actor was killed in a fatal car accident in Los Angeles on Monday morning, according to US media.

He was best known for his roles in Will and Grace and American Horror Story.

According to police, Jordan was pronounced dead at the scene after his car slammed into the side of a building.

His publicist claimed that since his passing, the world had grown "darker."

but he provided an emotional sanctuary to the country at one of its most trying times."

He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 1955, and at age 12 he told his mother he was gay in the fervently religious US state.

"My mother was informed of my concerns.

I had never even heard of the term "gay." "Last year, he spoke with People magazine.
