Then she decided to change her lifestyle and to continue to fight for her life. She began to eat exclusively cooked healthy foods and healthy snacks. She managed to weaken 89 kg in less than 18 months just because she stopped eating food that contains carbohydrates and sugar, also a mild cakes.
This is her extraordinary quality diet:
Breakfast: A little bacon with peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and two eggs.
Lunch: Baked or boiled potatoes with chilli and a little meat.
Snack: Fruit or yogurt.
Dinner: Spaghetti with tomato sauce and cheese.
By her 30th year she had back pain, she can’t even walk. Today she was awarded the title of “Woman of the Year” from the center which deals with the treatment of people overweight and her health problems disappeared, so she can normally continue to live and work.
