A former pilot for the CIA has provided sworn testimony that states there were no planes that flew into the World Trade Center as he claims it would have been impossible physically.

The pilot’s name is John Lear. He is the son of the inventor of the Learjet, Bill Lear. John has provided sworn testimony that says it would have been physically impossible for Boeing 767s such as Flight AA11 and UA175 to crash into the Twin Towers on 9/11 especially if such inexperienced pilots were flying these.
His affidavit read, “No Boeing 767 airliners hit the Twin Towers as fraudulently alleged by the government, media, NIST and its contractors.”

He argued that such crashes could not have happened, as they were impossible physically. He reasoned that in the case of flight UAL175 that hit the south tower, a genuine Boeing 767 would have undergone what he says was a “telescoping” maneuver when its nose crashed the 14 inch steel columns and are thirty-nine inches at the central portion.

He said that the horizontal and vertical tail would have separated straightaway from the plane when it hit the steel box columns and then fall to the ground. He said that the engines when they crashed the steel columns would have retained their usual shape and could have just simply fallen to the ground and recovered in the debris following the collapse of the towers.

He says that the Boeing 767 could not have achieved the speed of 540 mph at a height of 1000 feet because parasite drag doubles with velocity and parasite power cubes with velocity. He reasoned that the fan section of the plane was not capable to accept the volume of dense air at that given altitude as well as speed.

The piece of the recovered fuselage that featured three or four window cutouts is quite inconsistent with an aircraft that collided with fourteen-inch steel box columns at over 500 mph. They simply would have disintegrated. He maintains that no significant portion of the 767 could have pierced the 14 inch steel columns and 37 feet more beyond the huge core of the tower without sections of it falling into the ground.

He says that the debris at the scene should have contained large areas of the 767 which includes the 3 engine cores that weighs at least 9000 pounds each. However, there is no evidence of any of these massive structural components. He says that the absence of these parts is simply impossible.

The sworn affidavit provided by the pilot was executed on January 28, 2014 and is featured as part of a lawsuit being handled by Morgan Reynolds, filed in thee US District Court, Southern District, NY.

In 2007, Reynolds, a former chief economist from the Bush administration filed what is called a Request for Correction with the US National Institute of Science and Technology stating his belief that no commercial aircraft could have hit the Twin Towers during 9/11. Interestingly, an affidavit becomes a statement of truth in law if it is not challenged or rebutted
